We know that for many organisations, especially smaller businesses, the cost of good HR and AI support has historically felt out of reach. We have built our pricing to change that.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Monthly Retainers
Our retainer packages give you direct, ongoing access to our team of HR professionals and AI specialists. Think of it as having a senior HR and AI team on call, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Retainer hours can be used for any combination of advisory calls, strategy sessions, document reviews, AI tool recommendations, policy drafting, training design, or hands-on problem-solving. Unused hours do not roll over, but we will always agree priorities with you at the start of each month so your time is used well.

Founders and small business owners who want a trusted HR and AI sounding board available when they need it. Perfect for occasional questions, quick reviews, or a monthly check-in.

Growing teams that need regular, substantive support — from shaping an AI readiness strategy to reviewing hiring processes, building policies, or designing a learning programme.

Transparency
We believe in being straightforward about money from the very first conversation.
For retainer packages, you are billed monthly in advance. There are no minimum contract terms. You can start, pause, or stop with one month's notice. We do not believe in locking clients in; we would rather earn your continued business by being genuinely useful.
For individual services, we agree a fixed price before any work begins. You will receive a written brief confirming exactly what is included, what the deliverable will be, and when it will be ready. There are no surprise add-ons.
For bespoke projects, we begin with a paid discovery phase (typically £750 – £1,500 depending on complexity) to define the problem and scope the solution properly. This discovery work is then credited against the full project fee if you proceed. We provide a fixed-price proposal before any build work begins.
Retainer clients receive a 15% discount on all individual services and bespoke project fees.
